Before you start tomorrow please make sure.
1. U already contact your support group and make a deal about the consequences 2. Prepare to push your first step. No compromise and no excuse.
3. Update your status on social media, in the morning. Before u start your day. And share your commitment to public.

This is it!, your first day in the journey of a new you and I'm glad to join with you in this journey. Remember to fight with all your strength

This is day 2.. You Still have the courage to keep your commitment, you will fight for this new day. To achieve  the same result like yesterday.. 

Remember start small start now.

On this third day, just keep going. Listen to your inner motivation, YOU CAN DO IT. Better do it small but consistent then start all over AGAIN from zero.

you might feel want to give up, but just another 3 days until day 7.. You half way to go to your 1 week target.. Keep up the spirit and go forward.

Wow 5 days in a row.. Congratulations not everybody can do this. You already prove that you can, and I personally believe you can make it for another 2 days.

Remember to inform your support team about your progress.

Its not about how bad you want something, its about making it happen. When you can make your dream come true, it will be the most happiest  moment, you'll be there by doing your program consistently

GREAT JOB Partner, you finally come to this 7th day. Its actually a pit stop, and you can celebrate and give appreciation to your self. By saying that you can make a difference by changing your self

This is a new week. New challenge to CONQUER. Update your consequences with your support group, of course it must be harder and more painful if you fail. But I don't think you gonna fail, coz you are a different person now. This is the NEW YOU.

Creating a habit need process and 9 days already we work on this. Just keep going, forget about the time, cos time will pass anyway."Fighting" to be a better you, is so rewarding. Cos when you see the result, you will want it more and more.

Time running so fast, already 10 Days we stay consistent with our commitment, that GREAT ACHIEVEMENT. Now give your self a little challenge, up grade your target a little bit, do the extra mile, trust me it will bring you more confident because you can do it more.

Add variation to your target to make it challenging

Try to measure your progress, and report it to your support group.

Sharing about changing habit experience makes you more confident about your new habit.

We often focus on the distance that we still have to go, and feel its so far. Try to focus on how far you have come. Its been 13 days in a row, wow that's a great accomplishment. Just do it again today, with all your heart.

Be aware to small rocks, it often make us fall

YESSSS you've made it, 2 weeks in a row.. Congrats and be proud with your achievement until today.. Tomorrow is a new week be prepare to achive the next level.. Remember keep the integrity you must be true to your self about your commitment.

Some times things get difficult in your fight, but never ever give up, instead GIVE YOUR BEST. Fight for every inch of progress and give extra effort for that inch. You going to unleash all you've got to gain that inch..

YESSS another day to #Begin! Today try to evaluate your progress. Is there any change in your skill or your health? If there is a + change then you starting to get the fruit of your new Habit. If you haven't got the fruit, then keep going you probably just 1 step away from the result.

Result is the best motivation for us, keep working on your #Begin!, and get the result.

You already make a daily routine on this habit for 17 days. Now try to have more good information on what you have build. Read more article about this habit, how you can improve better, or do better. So you will have the right mind set on this habit.

The right mind set, make you do this habit without any consequences.

Give thanks for what you have done on this 18th day. To say thanks to our Creator is a good habit cuz we involving HIM in our journey to be a better person. Some times we will not strong enough to be consistent, we can always ask help from our Creator.

ToDay 19th day, we are one step closer to our goal 21 days to gain habit. Some times you feel stuck, on that time you need to find a mentor who can give you different perspektif and knowledge. A mentor can be find anywhere, try to look around you to find people who had skill more then you now. Go to them, have a conversation, ask for their tips and trick, make friends with them.

A mentor will fast forward your achievement in this habit.

Soon you will finish this part of habit creation, already 20 days you doing your habit. But don't put your guard down. Keep the #Begin! Spirit and GO FORWARD.

YEAAAAYYY Day 21... You've made it. Congratulation for this new habit of yours. Now you have it in your life. Try to maintain the consistency of this habit without sosial support.  
Now start to think your next target, what is your next #Begin! Don't stop, there is a lot of another  good habit out there, that you can get.
