Wake up early with #Begin! Program

So you want to wake up early in the morning, this is my suggestion, with #Begin!

1. First follow the 16 hour fasting method on D0. Prepare everything for detail read on tips mujarab pasti bangun pagi 

2. Step 1: the commitment
Make commitment about your new Habit, lets say  : i want to wake up on 5 am starting tomorrow

3. Step 2: social support
Contact 3 friends that will support you for 21 days. Tell them that you want to start wake up early by tomorrow, ask them for help to remind you on your commitment. Make deal with them about the consequencess. My suggestion: Week 1 100.000 rupiah, week 2 200.000, and week 3 400.000. If you fail on that week then you have to pay them that amount of money.

 4. Step 3: Social Media
Update on social media every time you wake up each morning. To prove to your social support that you already awake.  Update with: #Begin! D1 yes i made it... #Begin! D2 another morning i see, and so on.

5. Keep it for 21 days consistent without break, even in week end.

6. Do something asap after you wake up. Start your day with jogging or another low impact sport, keep your body move. So you will not sleep again.

If it hard to go strait to 5am,  you can break the target into few steps, start in D1 your target is 6am for 1 week, in the second week, challenge your self to the next stage let say 5.30am . And then on the third week 5am. Its ok the most important thing is Start Small Start Now  #Begin!
